【關鍵詞】新課改;高中英語;問題;改進策略
高中英語新課程改革的深入實施使教師的教學觀念有了很大變化,通過對新課程標準的深入學習和研究,廣大教師逐漸認識到了以學生為本的重要性,他們在教學過程中開始注重培養學生的創新意識和自主學習能力,注重培養學生的學習策略和學習方法,注重與學生的溝通與交流,注重營造和諧融洽的課堂教學氛圍。雖然英語教學新理念已經開始變成教師的實際行動,在課堂教學中逐漸發揮了作用,但是高中英語教學仍存在一定的問題,這就要求我們英語教師必須做出相應的改變,以滿足學生的學習需要。
一、高中英語教學中存在的問題
1.教學模式落后
新課程改革實施以來,雖然高中英語教師能夠接受新的教學理念,但受傳統應試教育的影響,有的教師在教學實踐中不能把合作學習、自主學習和探究式學習等新的教學理念和教學方法應用到教學過程,也很少進行師生互動、生生互動。大多數英語教師仍采用灌輸式教學方法,課堂教學以教師講解為主,學生只是被動地聽課、記錄、回答,這樣的教學方式顯然不能調動學生的積極性,不能有效吸引學生的學習興趣。有的教師擔心新的教學方法會影響教學進度,擔心學生不配合而影響教學效果,因此在教學過程中只是一味地對學生進行知識灌輸,而對他們的學習方法和策略缺乏有效指導,忽視了對學生的情感態度培養、語言運用能力的培養、發現問題和解決問題能力的培養、創造性思維能力的培養,致使課堂氣氛沉悶,缺乏應有的活力,以及和諧的氛圍。
2.過分追求形式化的教學模式
在英語教學中,有的教師注重把新的教學理念引入到教學過程,把自主學習、合作學習以及探究式學習統統應用到課堂教學中,把課堂充分交給了學生,使英語課堂氣氛活躍,學生的參與程度很高。但由于缺乏教師的有效指導,學生的學習目的不明確,表面上看著很熱鬧的課堂,學生卻沒有學到多少知識,沒有達到拓展知識、培養能力和發散思維的教學目的。
3.教師的教學創新性不足
有的教師對新教材和教學大綱的理解不夠,在教學過程中完全講解課本內容,只有呆板的內容傳授,沒有知識的創新。教師缺乏開發和利用教學資源的意識,教學內容僅限于課本及練習冊等,致使課程資源單一。另外,有的教師不能充分駕馭教材,不能充分發揮教材的價值和作用,對新課程標準下的英語教材掌握不夠、把握不準,不能突出教學難點和重點,導致教學目標不能實現。
4.過分注重升學率
英語新課程標準要求在教學過程中注重對學生學習方法和綜合語言運用能力的培養。但是,現階段,高考仍然是改變學生命運的唯一途徑,升學率是衡量教學質量和教學效果的唯一標準,對學生和英語教師來說提高成績是唯一的目的。因此教師在教學過程中仍采用傳統的填鴨式教學方法,通過大量作業和習題讓學生鞏固和掌握知識,根本不會花費大量時間去體驗和實踐新的教學方法;而學生為了能夠考取理想的學校也不會把寶貴的時間花費在探索、體驗新方法上,只能采取“拿來主義”,從教師那里獲取知識,以便節省更多時間。這對學生的創新能力和發散思維能力培養非常不利,更不可能培養他們的語言綜合運用能力了。
二、新課程背景下高中英語教學改進策略分析
針對高中英語教學過程中存在的諸多問題,我們教師必須進行深入研究,并采取積極有效的改進措施,使學生得到全面的發展。
1.全面提升英語教師的綜合素質
在實施新課程標準過程中,教師起著決定性作用。因此教師要緊緊抓住新課程改革帶來的機遇,積極應對新的挑戰,認真學習新課程改革的理念,掌握其精髓,通過多種途徑提高自己的專業知識,以自身綜合素質的提升來確保新課程改革的順利實施。一是教師要通過培訓來提高專業知識技能、學習教學新理念和新方法,把體驗式、主動參與等先進的教學理念應用到課堂教學中,促使學生積極參與到教學過程中;二是教師要堅持自學,豐富專業知識,更新知識結構,要把自己的教學理論靈活運用到教學實踐中,并能根據不同的教學情景,運用不同的教學方法,科學組織英語教學活動,把教育教學理念與教學過程有機結合起來,進而提高高中英語教學效果。
2.重視教學總結和反思
在教學過程中,教師要對自己的教學行為進行總結和反思,及時發現教學過程中存在的不足和問題,積極尋找解決問題的辦法和措施,使自己的教學行為更加科學合理;要解放思想,積極和同事進行交流與溝通,學習其他教師好的經驗和做法,通過相互學習、相互借鑒達到共同發展;要通過網絡來學習和借鑒校外的教學理念、教學方法,并結合學校的實際情況,構建具有本校特色的教學模式,促進教學效率的提升。
3.創新和完善評價機制
科學合理的教學評價機制能激發教師的積極性,促進教學目標順利完成。學校不能把考試成績作為衡量教學質量的唯一標準,不能把分數作為教師的獎懲依據和教學評價指標,應當通過加強過程性評價、多樣性評價和多元化評價方式來完善評價制度和激勵機制;要注重過程性評價方式的應用,使教師更加注重培養學生的情感態度和正確的人生觀、價值觀;通過學校、教師本人、其他教師以及學生評價來擴大評價的主體范圍和評價的多樣性;通過評價促使教師改進教學方法,提高英語教學質量。

1. 形容詞,副詞的比較等級考查熱點透視:
a) 表示A與B在程度上相同時, “as+形容詞或副詞的原級+as”結構。表示A不如B時,可用“not as/so+形容詞或副詞的原級+as”結構。
b) 表示A比B在程度上“更…..”時,可用“形容詞或副詞的比較級+than”結構
c) 表示三者或三者以上的比較,其中一個在程度上“最…..”時,常用“the+形容詞或副詞的級”結構,后面可帶“of/in的短語”來說明比較的范圍。(注意:副詞的級在句中常省略“the”.)
d) 在形容詞或副詞的比較級前,可以用“a little, even, far, much,still”的等詞語來修飾,以加強語氣。
e) 表示“越來越….”時,常用“形容詞或副詞的比較級+and+形容詞或副詞的比較級”結構,但要注意,對于多音節和部分雙音節形容詞,副詞而言,若要表達此意時,要用“more and more+形容詞或副詞的原級“結構。
f) 在表示“其中最….之一“的含義時,常使用 “one of+the+形容詞級形式+名詞復數”結構,其中的定冠詞the不可以省略。
g) 如果強調“兩者中比較…的(一個)”的意思時,可使用“the+形容詞比較級+其它”結構。
h) 表示“越….越….”, 可使用“the+形容詞或副詞的比較級,the+形容詞或副詞的比較級”結構。
2 .一般將來時
a) 一般將來時的構成:由助動詞shall或will加動詞原形構成,shall用于第一人稱。在口語中,will在名詞或代詞后常簡略為’ll, will not常簡略為won’t。這個時態的肯定,否定和疑問結構可表示如下:

用”be going to +動詞原形”也可表示將來時,表示將要發生的事,打算或決定要做的事。
b)一般將來時的用法:1)表示將要發生的動作或情況;2) 不以人的意志為轉移,肯定要發生的事情。The day after tomorrow will be National Day.后天是國慶日。
3. in/after:in是指以現在時間為起點的“在一段時間以后”。也可以表示“在將來多少時間之內”,句子中的謂語動詞要用一般將來時態;after常指以過去時間為起點的“一段時間之后”,所以它與過去時態連用。當after指某個特定的未來時刻或日期之后,或指以將來某一時間為起點的若干時間之后時,它可以與將來時態連用。
4.more, less, fewer的用法區別:more為many, much的比較級,意為“更多”,可修飾可數與不可數名詞。Less是little的比較級,意為“更好,較少”,修飾不可數名詞。Fewer是few的比較級,意為“更少”,修飾可數名詞復數。
【注意】few, little表示否定“幾乎沒有”。a few, a little表示肯定“一點,幾個”。
5.would like sth意思為“想要某物“; would like to do意思為”想要做某事“?;卮饂ould like句型的一般疑問句時,其肯定回答為 “Yes, please.”;否定回答“No, thanks”或 “I’d like /love to, but….”
6. Such作形容詞,意思是“如此的”“這樣的”,修飾各種名詞。
Such這樣的。如It is such bad weather.天氣如此惡劣。
Such常和as搭配,表示一種類別。如We enjoy such a voice as hers.我們喜歡象她那樣的嗓子。
Such常和表示結果的that從句搭配,表示“如此….以至于…”如
It was such a hot day that we all had to stay at home.
Such…that…和so…that…都可用來引出一個結果狀語從句。由于such是形容詞,所以that從句前有一個受such修飾的名詞;而so 是副詞,用以修飾形容詞或副詞,因此that從句前一般不出現名詞。如

蝦產品出口貿易在國民經濟發展和對外貿易中發揮著關鍵作用。2015年商務部同相關部門積極推進“一帶一路”建設,取得了較好進展,帶動了我國蝦產品出口貿易發展。近年來,我國蝦產品的出口額整體呈持續增長態勢,主要原因是外部環境逐步回暖以及我國促進外貿、穩定增長措施的實行。同時,人民幣匯率調整的效應可能也正逐步顯現,但2015年1-12月蝦產品外貿出口額呈下滑趨勢,表明2016年我國蝦產品出口將面臨一定的壓力。為充分研究我國蝦產品出口存在的問題及應對對策,本文首先對我國蝦產品出口的現狀作詳細的分析,進而從幾個方面具體分析當前我國蝦產品出口存在的問題,最后基于研究結論,提出促進我國蝦產品出口的相關優化策略。
一、我國蝦產品出口貿易現狀分析
(一)蝦產品出口規模不斷擴大
自加入WTO以來,貿易出口自由化程度也不斷加大,我國蝦產品出口貿易呈現出持續上升的格局,出口規模逐年擴大。據商務部數據顯示,2005-2015年間,我國蝦產品出口貿易總額從3.6億美元增加到22億美元,年均增速為51%。即使在2008年全球經濟形勢較差的情況下,我國蝦產品出口額仍比2007年增加了22.1%,為2.5億美元。近年來,我國蝦產品出口總額增速稍有波動,雖然2015年我國蝦產品出口總額出現小幅下滑,為22億美元,同比下降25.4%,但整體來看,我國蝦產品出口貿易呈逐年增長趨勢,規模也在不斷的擴大。目前,我國蝦產品出口企業順應良好形勢,充分發揮勞動密集型產業所具備的比較優勢,蝦產品出口貿易持續發展。
(二)蝦產品出口種類以小蝦及對蝦、對蝦仁和小蝦仁為主
在中國蝦產品出口結構中,小蝦及對蝦、對蝦仁和小蝦仁長期占據著主導地位。2005-2014年間,小蝦及對蝦作為中國第一大蝦產品出口種類,始終占40%以上比例。對蝦仁作為中國蝦產品出口第二大種類,占比在23.75%的平均水平浮動。小蝦仁出口額占蝦產品出口總額的比重常年維持在10%左右。長期以來,小蝦及對蝦在中國蝦產品出口總額中占了較大比重,2005年小蝦及對蝦出口占比為,2015年出口占比高達40%,占比的增幅逐年提高。此外,2015年我國出口小蝦及對蝦91,457.6噸,占蝦產品出口總量的40%,出口額為8.78億美元;出口對蝦仁46,479.8噸,占蝦產品出口總量的28%,出口額為6.08億美元;出口小蝦仁32,055.7噸,占蝦產品出口總量的12%,出口額為2.68億美元??梢姡∥r及對蝦、對蝦仁和小蝦仁占據我國蝦產品出口較大份額。
(三)蝦產品出口的結構性矛盾有所緩解
隨著我國蝦產品出口貿易規模不斷擴大,相關產業結構得到一定程度改善。蝦產品出口,以一般貿易方式為主,以加工貿易方式為輔。據商務部數據顯示,2015年1-12月,我國以一般貿易方式出口的蝦產品總額為19.5億美元,占同期我國蝦產品出口總額的89%,而以加工貿易方式出口的蝦產品總額為2.4億美元,僅占出口總額的11%。在出口市場方面,我國蝦產品在進一步完善北美洲和亞洲市場的同時,也逐步開拓了新興市場。據商務部數據顯示,2015年我國對北美洲出口蝦產品0.69億美元,較上年增長32.5%,對智利和俄羅斯聯邦出口蝦產品總額分別是0.07億美元和0.06億美元,和上年相比分別增長了7.8%和58%。由此可知,我國蝦產品出口的貿易方式、市場以及主體呈現多元化發趨勢,整個行業通過結構優化與調整,結構性矛盾有所緩解。
(四)私營企業和外商投資企業是中國蝦產品出口貿易的主力軍
在我國蝦產品出口貿易企業中,長期以來私營企業和外商投資企業所占份額較大,2015年私營企業出口額為14.9億美元,占出口總額的67.7%;外商投資企業出口額為5.2億美元,占23.6%;國有企業出口額為0.76億美元,占3.5%。雖然2015年蝦產品出口出現小幅下跌,但是私營企業和外商投資企業蝦產品出口貿易仍比較樂觀。并且,從長遠來看,私營企業具有良好的發展前景。以廣東省茂名市新洲海產公司為例,2014年10月,該公司通過了美國FDA考察團的現場考察,于2015年10月通過了美國FDA審核,從而獲得了蝦產品出口的資格,可以直接將蝦產品出口到美國,預計每年能夠增加出口創匯額超過1000萬美元,這對于提升企業的國際競爭力以及經濟效益有重要作用。可見,私營企業和外商投資企業為促進我國蝦產品出口的發展以及國民經濟增長做出了一定的貢獻。
二、我國蝦產品出口貿易存在的問題
(一)重產量輕質量,低價竟銷嚴重
需求量是產品生產量的決定因素。近幾年,我國人均水產品消費水平平均處于35.1千克左右。為提高市場供應能力,商家重視產量輕視質量問題越來越突出。從天津市水產局獲悉,2015年僅天津市就擴大養殖面積超過60萬畝。其中,養殖南美白對蝦面積達到35萬畝左右;大河蟹養殖面積突破3萬畝;稻田里養殖河蟹達到2萬畝。2015年底,魚蟹蝦產量達到了20萬噸,其中,南美白對蝦產量占總產量50%,達到10萬噸,使得單價比2014年下降10%。蝦產品出口貿易以一般貿易為主,如表1所示,盡管加工貿易有所增長,但占比依舊低下,出口蝦產品附加值低,以養殖、簡單加工為主,低價竟銷嚴重。據商務部數據顯示,2015年1至12月,出口蝦產品數量為213,110.8噸,平均單價為10,323.2美元/噸,同比下降7.6%。其中,對亞洲出口蝦產品數量為99,946.2噸,平均單價為10,087.9美元/噸,同比下降15.7%;對歐洲出口蝦產品數量為40,257.8噸,平均單價為9,263.7美元/噸,同比下降1.5%,蝦產品出口競爭力有限。
(二)市場過于集中,出口風險較大
雖然近年,我國蝦產品出口貿易逐步進軍新興市場,拓展了中東歐16國、拉美地區、一帶一路沿線國家,多元化出口市場格局初顯成效,但傳統市場仍占比較重,美國、香港、日本仍排名前三,同期出口金額分別達到44,840.6萬美元、26,120.1萬美元和22,166.0萬美元,出口量分別為42,840.6噸、24,768.4噸和18,718.9噸。一方面,我國蝦產品出口市場狹窄,過于集中。以出口地區來看,亞洲位列第一,出口數量和金額分別為99,946.2噸和100,824.5萬美元,占我國蝦產品出口比例的46.90%和45.83%。蝦產品出口亞洲地區的數量占比,遠遠高于大洋洲的4.55%、南美洲的5.17%、歐洲的18.89%、非洲的0.81%和北美洲的23.68%比例。蝦產品出口市場過于集中,容易受到出口國市場波動影響,出口風險較大。另一方面,蝦產品出口品種單一,50%以上為對蝦仁、小蝦仁,不利于國際競爭力提高,出口缺陷明顯。
(三)技術性貿易壁壘限制加強,出口市場形勢嚴峻
隨著國際市場競爭激烈,發達國家對蝦產品質量、安全衛生要求越來越高,政策制定主要集中于蝦產品出口認證、注冊等方面。歐盟率先采取立法方式,把原先用于國內的蝦產品質量保證體系(HACCP)納入法律體系,要求蝦產品加工企業必須按照(HACCP)計劃,才可擁有出口歐盟資格。在檢驗方面,歐盟檢驗項目多達100多項,非??量?,對進口蝦產品進行詳細考核,通過此項目并合格后,出口蝦產品加工企業才可獲得產品注冊資格。除此之外,還要求出口企業本國檢驗檢疫機構出具的相關證書。此種資格無疑會增加水產品出口成本,不利于我國企業出口競爭。2014年6月,韓國重新制定蝦產品進口的重金融、激素、藥殘、有害物質殘留許可基準等,進一步加強了進口蝦產品監管力度、檢測標準。2015年,美國出臺了《進口水產品安全標準法》??傮w而言,技術性貿易壁壘基于貿易、環境、安全、生態問題,其隱蔽性愈加增強,這在削弱我國蝦產品價格競爭優勢的同時,給行業發展帶來了嚴峻影響。
(四)蝦產品保鮮力度不到位,冷鏈物流發展水平有待提高
蝦產品自身屬性表現為不易獲得活品、極易死亡、組織較脆弱、易變質等,對保鮮要求極高,因此,如何保存蝦產品顯得尤為重要。而我國第三方冷鏈物流企業發展有限,處于初級階段,專業第三方冷鏈物流企業僅占20%,其中40%的企業傾向于自營冷藏物流業務,很難形成如美國冷庫運營商USColdStorage、PFS、加拿大ThomsonGroup、花椰菜加工企業MelvinFarms等實力強勁的第三方冷鏈物流企業。而且我國蝦產品冷鏈基礎設施落后,與發達國家有很大差距。如與日本在貯藏、運輸過程中對溫度要求較嚴,分為冷凍、冷藏、常溫三類,統稱為“3溫度帶”,在實際配送中,又根據產品特性,分為加溫品,常溫品,定溫品,C3級~C1級,F1級~F4級等10多種溫度要求。與此相比,我國冷鏈運輸設備滯后,簡單的保溫箱加冰袋運輸方式司空見慣,冷鏈物流流通效率低下,蝦產品從生產、包裝、儲存、運輸和銷售的全過程中全程冷鏈還沒形成完整體系,致使蝦產品在整個物流過程中質量無法得到保障。
(五)蝦產品質量安全問題突出,國際影響力有限
蝦產品質量安全的制約因素主要是藥殘超標問題,藥物殘留既包括原藥殘留,也包括藥物在動物體內的代謝殘留。當前,我國頻發蝦產品養殖激素、藥物使用率過渡,藥物殘留超標等問題,如2004年“毒蟹風波”、2011年“孔雀石綠”等,使蝦產品聲譽受到影響,很難樹立較好的國際形象,尤其在冷凍蝦領域,質量安全問題頻發,如2016年5月19日長沙馬王堆現注膠凍蝦。為使冰凍蝦變得更加美觀,該地區有些商家非法使用注膠手段,嚴重觸犯了中華人民共和國食品安全法,正處于被調差審核中。此外,國內凍蝦標準混亂,如大眾購物中心蝦仁商品標注為“凍鮮蝦仁”,沃爾瑪所售蝦仁標注為“凍蝦仁”,大潤發標注為“海蝦仁”,且三家超市凍蝦冰衣厚度不一,一份標準包裝蝦仁分別重270克(單價116元/千克,總價31.32元)、336克(單價59.6元/千克,總價20.03元)和316克(單價65.8元/千克,總價20.79元)。國內蝦產品欠缺質量指標,頻發安全問題,相關標準制定不完善等,很容易影響蝦產品出口貿易的持續發展。
三、促進我國蝦產品出口貿易發展的優化策略
(一)增強市場開拓意識,積極開發新興市場
我國蝦產品出口地區主要在亞洲、美洲和歐洲,占比超過70%,大量同質化產品同時涌入一個市場,很容易招來該地區各種貿易壁壘限制,出口風險較大。因此,我國蝦產品出口企業應加大新興市場開拓力度,提高中東歐、拉美地區、一帶一路沿線國家、非洲等國家與地區的占比。可積極與這些國家和地區商建自貿區、合作區,拓展沿線國家的貿易增長空間。以此提高貿易便利化水平,消除貿易壁壘。企業應實施品牌化戰略,加強品牌化意識,以提高產品的國際知名度。應進一步優化蝦產品品種、加工生產模式、營銷模式、經營方式,保證產品質量,創立高質量品牌。
(二)推廣健康養殖生產理念,提高質量安全意識
養殖設施不僅是健康養殖的重要物質條件,也是決定蝦養殖效果的直接因素,與環境生態效益聯系緊密。因此,對傳統養殖設施結構應進行重新科學改造,引進先進設備、開發多種功能顯得尤為重要。在功能方面,養殖設施必須具備基本的蝦類生長空間和良好的排水功能,使養殖用水內部循環使用,最大限度地減少養殖過程中廢棄物的產生。還要具備較強的水質調控和凈化功能,逐步引導向產業化方向發展。此外,從源頭開始管理,在培育新苗種方面不斷提高技術水平,合理安排放養密度、平衡投人和產量水平,充分利用各種資源,達到最佳環境生態效益。設計并應用這種養殖設施既能改善養殖效果,也能有效達到保護環境的目的,大大減少了水資源的消耗和對水環境的不良影響,以此出口符合國際市場質量要求的蝦類,在國內外市場差異化競爭中占據較高地位。
(三)加強行業協會功能,規范企業行為
我國蝦產品出口企業抬高價格爭奪原料和壓低價格出口的惡性競爭行為較嚴重,在降低企業自身收益的同時,也容易促使進口國提出反傾銷調查。因此,有必要進一步發揮行業協會作用,規范蝦類企業行為,協調內部價格,以保障出口企業利益。一方面,行業協會應該及時關注相關國際動態并為出口企業提供準確的信息指導,幫助企業規避出口風險。企業可以根據這些信息合理組織、安排蝦產品生產,及時把握市場行情。另一方面,可以進行統一的對外訪問,組織企業生產人員到國外考察學習,進而提高我國蝦產品在國際市場上的競爭力,促使我國蝦產品出口有序發展。相關行業協會應該制定科學的行業準則,為蝦產品出口企業營造公正的競爭環境。同時,政府出口管理部門應該進一步和相關行業協會溝通,共同對蝦產品出口加工企業進行有效指導,雙方控制好市場秩序,防止出口企業發生盲目競爭和惡性競爭的行為。
(四)健全蝦產品流通體系,完善運輸鏈
健全蝦產品流通體系,完善運輸鏈可以大大提高蝦產品出口數量及質量。企業方面應該加大在流通環節的資金投入,派專業人員到國外學習先進的蝦產品保鮮經驗,結合我國現狀研發出提升我國蝦產品流通的方法。同時,我們可以引進國外先進的網絡技術和設備,從蝦產品制作、包裝到運輸整個過程采取全程監控,利用國外先進技術改進我國各環節的保鮮工藝。此外,國際先進的冷鏈物流技術目前在我國沒有被廣泛應用,國外的RFID技術可以做到對運輸或配送過程中溫度發生改變時發出預警,從而幫助辨識可能由溫度變化引發的質量變化和發生的具體時間。通過這種方法,可以有效提高蝦產品運輸技術,但對于企業來說,RFID的運營成本較高,不過該項技術有一定的規模優勢,有條件的企業可以進行嘗試。此外,應該鼓勵科研教學單位與企業聯合研發新的保鮮技術,科研單位為企業提供技術創新支持。
(五)利用WTO規則維護我國蝦產品出口權益
我國在保障蝦產品出口質量的同時,應該積極利用WTO規則維護我國蝦產品出口企業的權益。相關部門應該在貿易政策上給蝦產品出口企業提供大力支持,加強保護本國蝦產品出口企業的權益,例如,政府應該通過調整相關法律政策不斷完善我國貿易法律體系,一旦蝦產品出口企業遭到國外政策壓制,能夠隨時得到有效的法律幫助。在擴大蝦產品出口貿易規模的同時,我國應該維護正常的國際貿易秩序。在遵守國際貿易準則的同時,應該積極、妥善地處理相關貿易糾紛。在應對貿易壁壘時,行業間應該加強協作,對以往的應訴經歷進行總結,行業協會應該鼓勵企業積極應訴,以減少損失。并且,蝦產品出口企業應該加強和漁業協會的聯系,共同保障自身利益。

樂“學”知識目標
學好語言知識是學生發展語言技能的重要基礎。在教學中,利用信息技術創設真實語境,鼓勵學生在自主學習的基礎上開展合作探究,因勢利導,讓學生充分展示各自的特長,體驗學習成功的喜悅,進而轉化為學習的動力。
在語音、詞匯的教學中,我利用多媒體集音、像、圖、文于一體的特點, 將原本枯燥的聽、讀、寫進行了語境動畫創設制作,利用動畫分音節、分段地展示新單詞,突破重難點,使學生感受語境,感知語音,感悟語言。例如,初一英語下冊Unit 6中出現大量表現人物外貌和性格的形容詞。此時,我讓學生在一場最熟悉、最喜愛的籃球賽中一覽姚明等NBA巨星的風采,伴隨著球場上解說員全英文的介紹,學生們不僅能感受到純正的發音技巧,而且會不由自主地融入運用英語交流的語境中。一個動畫口型的凸顯會很好地吸引學生的注意力,讓學生通過模仿掌握連讀、爆破等發音技巧,進而在語境交流過程中掌握本單元的新詞匯。教師隨時關注學生交流,并適時地利用電子白板的輸入功能設計語音指導,提醒學生準確發音,強化學生的記憶。
力“拓”能力目標
語言學習的最終目標是運用,這就需要教師努力為學生搭建一個廣闊的實踐平臺,讓學生掌握學習語言的方法,拓展自己的能力,達到語言教學的能力目標。英語作為一門國際性語言走進我們的課堂,本身缺乏足夠的語言環境,信息技術在英語教學中的應用正好彌補了這一缺憾。信息技術為學生學習英語提供了更為廣闊的學習空間,有利于學生拓展聽、說、讀、寫等各方面技能。初二英語下冊Unit 5的語言目標是 Talk about consequences ,為達到這一目標,全面提高學生語言技能,我下載了一段美國中學生周末聚會的視頻片段,啟發學生思考交流: “What will happen if you go to the party?” 在這里,學生不但感受到了最純正的英語口語交流,而且分享到了異國同齡人周末活動的快樂,培養和鍛煉了學生的聽說能力,同時也為學生自己的語言交流樹立了榜樣。在此基礎上,引導學生想象自己班級的聚會活動,自制活動會話片段課件,練習掌握常用口語。在活動會話交流、課件的制作和展示中,學生領略到了學習語言的快樂,輕松地完成了本單元的能力目標。
盡“修”情感目標
英語作為世界上使用國家最多的語言, 蘊涵著深厚的文化底蘊,同時也儲藏著豐富的情感內涵。利用互聯網下載西方國家日常生活場景片段,自然風光、地域風貌和歷史變遷的圖片解說,以及學生喜愛的英文歌曲和文學作品等,都在不同方面、不同程度上使學生了解了世界各地的風俗習慣、風土人情和歷史文化,既開闊了眼界,又對學生的思想、行為、態度,乃至世界觀和人生觀的塑造起著潛移默化的作用。

【關鍵詞】中小學 教師角色 英語教育 銜接
小學與初中是基礎教育的兩個階段,它們彼此獨立卻又緊密聯系。但目前中小學英語教學中存在著較為嚴重的脫節現象,導致不少在小學階段成績不錯的初一新生,在進入初中后的英語學習中暴露出種種問題,而一些較有潛力的孩子在進入中學后也成為了泯滅于眾人中的現代“仲永”。進入初中不應當是小學英語教育的終點,而應是小學英語教育的延續、初中英語教育的起點。如何實現中小學英語教師角色互換,順利做好小學和初中的銜接工作,成功地將小學英語教學過渡到初中英語教學,是一個值得我們廈門外國語學校海滄附屬學校這樣一所以英語為辦學特色的九年一貫制學校認真思考研究的問題。那么究竟應該如何解決這個問題呢?筆者認為主要該從以下幾點入手:
一、把握教學內容的差異,做好中小學教材的自然銜接
做為一名初一英語教師,筆者經常會聽到學生們有這樣的疑問:許多知識點在小學就已經學過了,為何初中還在重復?不是浪費時間嗎? 聽到這樣的埋怨及質疑,筆者沉思許久。既然小學就已經學過了,為何現在的初一學生一談到相關的話題,能夠真正漂亮地說上幾句的學生屈指可數呢?究竟是小學英語教學的浪費還是初一教學的沒有必要呢?
筆者認為出現這樣的問題,說明中小學英語教育銜接存在著不足或者可能完全失去銜接。想要從根本上解決這個不足或者彌補這個缺口,就要求中小學英語教師在日常教學中,要相互交流中小學英語教學信息,通讀中小學英語教材,注意中小學英語教學內容和教學方式的差異,以便融會貫通,掌握好中小學英語教學規律,使新舊知識自然銜接。
首先,對于小學英語教師而言,要找出小學教材與初中教材,特別是初中第一冊教材在詞匯、語法和語言交際等內容上的異同處,以便找準銜接點,行之有效地整合教材內容,制定合適的教學目標,為初中起始階段的教學提供扎實的基礎,使初中教師不再致力于字母、音標、語音語調的教學,而是在學生原有的基礎上,著手拓寬學生的知識面。
其次,對于中學英語教師而言,則是要通讀小學一至六冊的教學內容,在開學的第一至兩周內做系統的復習,達到自然的銜接過渡。因為初一英語大綱所要求掌握的詞匯、句子、語法等內容大多在小學英語中就已經學過,或者至少是涉及過,所以在學生步入初一之后,中學英語教師應當將小學英語的重難點,特別是與新課英語內容相關的語法、交際目標語言系統地復習一遍,達到小學英語教學內容鞏固、記憶、活用的目的,為過渡到初一新知識的學習做好充分準備。同時,中學英語教師也要合理安排教學內容和教學方式,實現因材施教,讓新生從第一節英語課開始,就有一種學習的新鮮感和緊迫感,做到中小學英語教材的自然銜接。這樣,才能避免因學習內容重復而導致學習效率降低、水平難以提高的現象。
二、注意結合教學方式,做好中小學生英語學習興趣的銜接
俗話說,興趣是最好的老師,在中小學英語教學中,要提高教學質量,培養學生的學習興趣是關鍵?!缎睦韺W》中對于中小學生的興趣做了這樣的論述:“小學生對理解的、感興趣的和具體的事有興趣。初中生的興趣和小學生相比具有一定的深刻性和自覺性,他們由于學習和獲得好成績而產生的滿意的積極情感有助于發展和鞏固他們的學習興趣。”隨著年齡的增長,初一學生的身心發展有了一定的變化,在他們身上再也找不到小學生獨有的對新鮮事物的好奇和好問,特別是他們的自我表現欲望不如小學階段強烈,不敢舉手回答問題,不敢開口講英語,久而久之學英語的興趣也逐步下降。因此,鞏固學生英語學習興趣的重擔就落到了初一年級教師的身上。
在小學英語教學中,教師常常通過游戲、表演、視聽等教學方法,來激發小學生的英語學習興趣。根據中小學生的心理特征,初中英語教師也應在教學過程中,認真把握好教材內容的趣味性,盡量保留并發揚小學英語課的教學方式,營造活躍的課堂氣氛。中學教師可以綜合利用各種直觀教具和多媒體把文字、聲音和圖象等融為一體,創設學生主動參與語言交際活動的情境,讓學生走入情境、理解情景、表演情境,以此來教授重點和難點。筆者在進行新目標七年級下冊Unit 8 I’d like some noodles的教學中,就利用多媒體展示精美的食物圖片,并進行現場的餐廳點餐情景劇競賽,讓學生自己制作道具,組織人員進行表演。學生很快的融入情景中,并且較牢固的掌握了該課的重點和難點。經過筆者課后調查,學生普遍反映這樣的課堂大大提高了他們對英語學習的興趣。
此外,初中英語教師尤其要深入研究和學習《英語課程標準》中提出和倡導的任務型教學模式,要盡量用巧妙、新穎獨特的課堂導入使學生自然的進入學習新知識的情境,激發學生的學習興趣和求知欲,使學生樂學、愛學。同時,初中英語教師也可以開展各種有利于學生鞏固和運用所學知識的英語活動,如表演法、競賽法、游戲法來滿足學生好玩樂、爭強好勝的心理,持續激發學生的學習熱情,使學生在各種活動中體驗英語學習的趣味性,享受英語學習的樂趣。
三、培養中小學生科學的學習技能,做好中小學生英語學習習慣的銜接
書寫潦草,不規范,拼寫含糊,語法概念混亂,中式英語屢見不鮮,“金口難開”等,是筆者在一年的初一教學過程中,發現學生普遍存在的英語學習問題。這些問題迫切要求中小學英語教師必須指導學生掌握科學的學習方法,養成良好的自主學習習慣。
由于有初次接觸英語的好奇感,加之記憶力、模仿力都較強,通常小學生很快便能適應其英語老師及其教學方法。只要他們在老師的教導下,勤奮努力,絕大多數學生并不難達到大綱的要求程度。然而對于小學高年級的英語教師而言,除了引導學生努力學習以達到大綱要求外,更應該有意識地培養學生養成課前預習,找出問題的習慣;課內帶著問題認真聽課和做筆記,積極思考、提問的習慣;課后整理筆記,按時按質按量完成家庭作業,及時復習鞏固的習慣,以便學生進入初中后能夠更快的學會自主學習,進而更快地進入初中英語學習的高速軌道。
對于初中英語教師而言,由于教學對象正處于機械記憶向理解記憶逐漸轉化時期,加上面對初中教材內容、教學要求的轉變、中小學教師教學方法的差異、學科增多等一系列新的問題,在英語學習中或多或少都會存在著一些問題。因此,在教學過程中要努力幫助學生保留部分好的小學英語學習習慣:積極舉手發言的習慣,積極參與小組活動的習慣,積極參與英語游戲的習慣等。同時幫助、指導學生掌握好科學的學習習慣:學會歸納總結語法知識點,學會自編英語學習口訣,學會整合交際語言并自編對話等,以便學生更快融入初中階段的英語學習。
四、關注中小學生思想動態,注意中小學學生心理情感的銜接
從小學踏入中學,學生們在心理上也逐漸發生著變化。他們有著很強的自豪感,總愛以“小大人”自居,希望仿照大人的方式去處事,并渴望受到別人的尊重,但實際上他們處理問題片面輕率,稚氣十足,面對學習困難束手無策或者輕言放棄。況且,進入中學后,學生面臨著一個全新的環境,對新教師的教學及管理方法、板書、語音語調、言談舉止等存在不適應,就可能影響學生的課堂學習效果。
因此,對于中學英語教師而言,在師能方面,要通過高質量的英語教學,樹立良好的教師形象和威嚴;在師德方面,則是學會做現實生活中的“古越濤”,要在銜接期用心地關心學生,用老師真誠的態度和嚴謹的行為去影響學生,感化學生,幫助他們克服英語學習中的心理障礙,做學生的知心朋友,增進師生情感交流,使學生保持心理平衡,從而產生對老師的敬佩和信賴,使學生增強英語學習的自信心,最終達到學生真正地“親其師,信其道”。
五、實現中小學教師角色的互換
要做好中小學英語教育的銜接工作,最根本的還是教師要轉變觀念,實現角色的互換,要由過去單純的教育者、管理者轉變為服務者、研究者和學習者。我們全體中小學英語教師應該充分利用我們九年一貫制辦學制度的優勢,加強交流與學習。中學教師應多到小學去聽課、上課,了解小學教師的教學風格和小學生的學習特點,熟悉小學教法和教學內容,為自然銜接做準備;小學教師也應多到中學去聽課,和中學英語教師一起研討教學中應注意的問題,了解初中英語教學的動態,了解中學生需要在小學生階段奠定哪些基礎、養成哪些習慣等。這樣,既可以避免小學生進入初中后機械重復地學習英語知識,解決中小學英語教學中存在的問題,為中小學英語教育的銜接提供重要依據,同時也有利于促使中小學英語教師轉變教育觀念,提高自身素質,不斷接受新事物,努力提高英語教學水平,開拓出一條既符合教學實際,又適合時代需要的教學新路子,從而提高我校九年義務教育英語教學水平,真正凸顯出我校九年一貫制的英語辦學特色。
路漫漫其修遠兮,順利做好小學和初中的銜接工作,成功地將小學英語教學過渡到初中英語教學,是一個以英語為辦學特色的九年一貫制學校的重頭戲。只有全體中小學教師共同用心和努力地做好銜接和過渡工作,才能盡快迎來中小學英語教育的春天。

一、建立和諧平等的師生關系,讓學生愉快學習
首先,教師要關心愛護學生。我校有三分之一的學生遠離父母到我校學習,老師和藹可親的語氣、協調自如的表情、真誠的微笑、信任的眼神、恰當的鼓勵,為學生帶來感官上和精神上的愉悅;課后多和他們接觸,從生活上多關心他們,注意他們在情緒、思想和行為上的變化,就像父母一樣與之多交流、多談心,幫助他們答疑解難。其次,教師要平等對待學生,教師要尊重學生,保護他們的自尊心和積極性,對學生應以鼓勵為主,及時發現他們的點滴進步,給予肯定或表揚,使學生感覺到自己時刻在進步,不斷體驗到成功的喜悅,提高其學習英語的興趣和信心。興趣是推動學生學習的一種動力。愉快教學就是通過營造輕松、歡快的課堂氣氛,培養學生的興趣,激發學生的學習熱情和積極性。我采取了一些方法,如:幫助班上的同學改英文名,盡量多講一些關于英美國家的文化、生活故事,使他們能夠愛上英語。
二、做好記憶方法指導,讓學生輕松學習
1、語音規則記憶法。在教授生詞的時候,我根據本課的新單詞,聯系舊單詞,總結讀音規則。如:在教新單詞時,總結出字母a的讀音規則。a在單詞past、half中是發[a:],在單詞late、game中是發[ei:]。我還同時聯系學過的單詞中含字母組合ar的單詞dark、quarter、sharpener等,復習字母a的發音規則和字母組合ar、aw、ea的發音規則。通過這樣的總結,學生能順利地讀出單詞,漸漸也能寫出單詞。
2、擴展聯想記憶法。在教生詞travel的時候引導學生聯想到表示旅行的交通工具,boat、bus、ship、plane、car、 taxi. minibus and so on;并且可以聯系by、take、on、in的用法。當學習動詞visit時,要引導學生想到一系列的與"看"有關的動詞或短語see、watch、read、look at、lookaf ter、take care of。久而久之,學生在看到一個房間的時候,就有可能想到desk、chair、broom、sofa、book等一系列的單詞。
3、歸類集中記憶法。鼓勵學生將所學過的單詞歸類集中:按歸屬范圍歸類,如文具類、蔬菜類、水果類、交通工具類、月份星期類;按詞的用法特點歸類,如帶雙賓語的動詞、帶賓語+賓語補足語的動詞、后接動詞不定式作賓語的動詞、后接動名詞作賓語的動詞、動名詞和動詞不定式兼用作賓語有區別的動詞。按句型結構歸類,如"想干某事"可有如下句型:want to do sth,want sb to do sth, want sth,would like to do sth.按字母組合歸類,如以字母組合ook結尾的單詞有cook、book、look等;按同義詞、反義詞進行歸類,
4、構詞分組記憶法。引導學生利用構詞法可以迅速、準確地記憶單詞,增加詞匯量,下冊的Unit21,動詞ing構成中有一條是以重讀閉音節結尾且未尾只有一個輔音字母的動詞,需雙寫這一輔音字母再+ing,讓學生著實難以理解。教師可僅就初一冊中常出的需雙寫輔音字母的動詞羅列出來,如:put-putting,begin-beginning,stop -stopping,swlm-swlmming, run-running, get-getting, sit-sitting等,然后再按一定順序排列,使之成為一段有意義的話:get begin swim run stop put sit,得到(get) -個命令,開始(begin)游泳(swim)和跑步(run),停止(stop)比賽后,穿上(put´- on)衣服,坐下(sit)休息一會兒。這樣同學們只需記住一段對于自己來說太好記不過的話,就可解決很多易錯的問題。
