The Iranian Journal of Management Studies aims to provide valuable publishing channels for research and academic achievements on management related topics and issues. It covers empirical and/or theoretical manuscripts in the field of management science, and welcomes various empirical research methods including but not limited to qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods. Manuscripts published in this journal must have significant contributions in empirical and/or theoretical aspects, and emphasize the importance of these contributions to the field of management. Relatively more inclined towards articles that can test, expand, or construct strong theoretical frameworks when conducting empirical research on issues of high importance in management theory and practice.

It involves a wide range of disciplines, including accounting, business strategy, decision analysis, entrepreneurship and innovation, finance, information systems, marketing, operations management, optimization, organization, stochastic modeling and simulation, and other fields of business and management disciplines. Providing a platform for scholars, researchers, professionals, and those interested in the field of management to exchange and share the latest research results and perspectives is of great significance for promoting the development of management research and practice.
