3、看見有人撕紙時，值勤老師和值日生應該立即上前阻止，并對他施行一個小懲罰：掃干凈，然后放走他。對于屢教不改者，將叫他的班主任來認領回去，實行教育。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people's life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People's health condition will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution. Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the environment needs everybody's effort.

可是，這樣亮麗的風景成了父親永遠的追憶！

如今，人們心中美麗的“清江河”變為了堆放垃圾的勝地。在這21世紀里，人們雖然為城市清除了垃圾，使人們對城市有了更好的印象，但給我們鄉村卻帶來了一系列的環境問題。于是，在今年春天，我和幾個小伙伴對清江河一帶的環境污染進行了仔細的考察，并采訪了相關的人士。

一、實地考察

我們來到清江河邊，眼前仿佛是一片大漠。我們不禁生疑發問了：“難道父親描繪的清江河是這里嗎？怎么這模樣！”還未走近，就聞到河水發出一股難聞的臭氣，只見黑魅魅的的方便袋兒，骯臟的爛衣服，蒼蠅緊裹的爛瓜皮、飯盒遍地都是，給人以凌亂不堪的感覺。我又找來一根枯枝，刨刨河岸表皮的垃圾，想看看垃圾的厚度。盡管費勁的“挖掘”了好一會兒，可始終見不著垃圾深處的沙土。這時，我才發現，這時原來有個直徑約20米的大沙坑。坑中滿是垃圾，大概有幾千噸吧！瑞向前十米左右，更是一片狼籍，甚至無處下腳。泡沫、破布、木屑，碎磁磚什么都有。白的，黑的，紅的，綠的，真是不堪入目，讓人看了只掩鼻，只作嘔。再仔細瞧瞧，那垃圾里面還有正在慢慢蠕動的白色的蛆，真令人惡心，我連忙走開了。

我站遠了些，舉目四望。清江河邊的綠樹呢？怎不見昔日的盛況？河岸的樹林所剩無幾，殘留著也只有一大截的木樁。河中飄浮著許多的方便袋兒，不可計數的飲料瓶，河水已經被黃色的泡沫覆蓋，偶爾有幾條死魚的影子……這些都是位于清江河上游城里的人們拋棄的垃圾，我不禁有些忿忿。

二、就地詢問

為了表現我們想要拯救家園的那顆火熱的心，我們就清江河一帶環境污染的情況詢問了有關人士。

我和一位在豐樂土生土長的老伯進行了一段對話：

問：我發現沙壩成了堆放垃圾的場所，導致環境的污染，請問這個沙坑是怎么來的呢？

答：這些沙壩是在97年左右弄出來的。當時有一個老板買下了河壩，改成挖沙廠。先是在河里挖，河里挖完了又到岸上來挖，就這樣，日復一日，年復一年不停的挖采。沙土就慢慢的松塌，河邊的樹木因為擋住的過往的車輛，也被砍斷了。一下雨，河邊的泥沙全流到河里去了，栽的樹也不活。

問：那么沙老板又怎么放棄了他的沙廠，一走了之呢？

答:一、他不懂挖沙的經驗，在賣沙道上不賺錢，虧了唄！二是我們當地群眾反對他繼續挖沙，反對他糟蹋清江河的美，破壞這一帶的環境，所以他就一走了之，留下了這些坑。

問：那我們這里的村民有沒有想辦法拯救這條河呢？

答：我和幾個鄉親前幾天還商量著這事。沙壩的污染導致整個村子烏煙瘴氣，蒼蠅數不清。我們想把沙壩的垃圾燒掉，再用土石深埋，使臭氣不再散發出來……唉，最難的是不讓別人再在這兒倒垃圾，才能讓環境污染遠離我們啊！

對，讓環境污染遠離我們----這是我們共同的愿望，那就請大家革除陋習，爭做環保衛士，共同來維護這個美麗的家園，讓“清江河”恢復成名副其實的清江吧！
