The International Journal on Minority and Group Rights is dedicated to interdisciplinary research on the legal, political, economic, and social issues faced by minority groups and indigenous peoples around the world. The magazine considers a group as a socially identifiable part defined by relatively constant factors such as ethnicity, religion, culture, or language.
The current development situation, especially the spread of violent ethnic and religious conflicts, highlights the necessity of publishing a journal dedicated to exploring the individual rights of minority groups and indigenous peoples, as well as the rights of groups themselves. This magazine pays special attention to the contribution that human rights standards and good governance principles can make to creating a better world for all, aiming to become the main forum for discussing the important research areas it covers. It covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to the protection of the rights of minority groups and indigenous peoples, relevant legal theories and practices, policy analysis, social and economic development, cultural protection, educational rights, political participation, and more. It provides an important platform for scholars, researchers, policy makers, and those concerned with minority rights in related fields to exchange ideas and engage in academic discussions.
